Toyota of North Austin  is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail.  We are looking to add a qualified Service Business Development Center Agent to our Service team. 



This is a fast paced position that will be supporting our busy service department and service teams!  This position makes outgoing phone calls to customers based on service needs such as open recalls and past due for scheduled maintenance. You will be setting service appointments for customers for our Services advisors at the dealership. We are well known for our rapid growth and focus on our employees.  We believe in providing great service to our customers, improving the lives of our Customers and Employees through great leadership, a culture of service and a love of learning.

Starting $18.00 with room for increase within the first 90 days!

  • Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Internet or Text.
  • Respond to customer inquiries immediately.
  • Learn and follow the scripting required by our process.
  • Set appointments for our customers.
  • Study, learn and understand our maintenance we offer.
  • Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products and procedures.
  • Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership.


  • At least 1 year of Telemarketing, Appointment Setting and Customer Service Experience.
  • Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred.

  • Superior communication and customer service skills

  • Excellent follow-through skills

  • Solid working knowledge of the Internet

  • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
