• Prepare tax and title documents.
• Prepare stock cards for all new and used vehicles.
• Receive and process all paperwork from the F&I departments.
• Key in all invoices for all stores.
• Submits all extended warranty contracts.
• Ensures all the proper registration paperwork is sent out to be registered within a 24 hour period (including cutting checks if necessary).
• Prepare all trade-in information.
• Handle paperwork for all wholesale and swap deals.
• Ensure all the proper forms are in each and every deal and are 100% accurate.
• Maintaining the used car book (RMV).
• Follow up on all payoffs to ensure a quick return of title.

• Superior customer service skills.
• Self-starter and self-motivated.
• Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
• Must have dealership billing or Finance experience.
