Overview

GROUP 1 AUTOMOTIVE’S call center is seeking agents to manage high volume inbound calls. Remote Service Coordinators are responsible for scheduling appointments based on availability and customer needs. Service Coordinators answer general vehicle-related questions, direct non-service calls to the proper department, and correspond with dealership staff.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling approx. 70-150 calls daily
  • Handle a high volume of calls setting service appointments
  • In charge of managing your time and following an assigned schedule
  • Utilize multiple computer programs to reference dealership information, customer profiles, and manufacturer updates
  •  Become knowledgeable in the automotive industry by remaining up to date on the dealerships and brands we support

Qualifications

  • Available to work 40 HRS each week between 7am and 5 pm, spread over 5 days (Monday through Saturday) with every Sunday and one weekday off
  • Bilingual is a Plus
  • You are comfortable using Google Search, multiple computer browsers at once, and speaking to customers via the phone
  • You are able to troubleshoot tech issues

  • High level of computer literacy
  • High speed internet connection of > 10 mbps Upload and > 10 mbps Download
