Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain the filing system for the car deals according to dealership specifications.
  • Provides clerical and administrative assistance to departments as needed.
  • Document scanning.
  • Assemble lender packets, daily finance deposits and other light general admin duties

  • Must be organized and able to multitask.

Qualifications

  • Previous finance clerk or admin experience preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.    
  • Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic.
