Assist the Service Manager with daily operations by overseeing and ensuring smooth operations for Lube Center.
Monitor and push production every day in the Lube Center.
Oversee upkeep of the facilities and equipment
Assign maintenance orders to technicians
Set weekly schedule for Lube Technicians as well as monitor time and attendance of all Lube center teammates
Ensure proper repair techniques are being used.
Schedule training as necessary to properly repair and service vehicles.
Stay up to date on product changes and new products.
Ensure that all necessary shop equipment is in proper and safe working condition.
Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect service department operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right-to-know, etc.
Other duties may be assigned by management.

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the automotive maintenance or repair experience
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment.

Professional appearance and work ethic.
Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
