The main focus for this position will be interdepartmental coordination of capital projects, construction pay application and vendor invoice processing, management of construction department FTP site, project close-out, and executive report distribution. Contract administration including pay applications, partial and final lien waivers, change orders, closeout packages and project invoices
Manage administrative tasks as required
Maintain construction plan library/project binders/FTP Site
Prepare agenda for the monthly construction meetings
Administrative assistance during project bid period
Responsible for design document coordination among vendors and consultants
Construction or related background
Knowledge of construction documents, such as construction plans/specs, RFI’s, change orders, pay applications with associated legal documents.
Knowledge of construction procedures and project permitting is beneficial.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs
High School Diploma or equivalent
