As a Toyota Care Service Representative you will own our customer’s experience in the Service Lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers, will be well-versed in product offerings and basic maintenance needs. The Service Rep greets customers, assesses the customer’s needs, properly documents the needs on a service order, then follows through the process communicating with the lube technicians and customers as necessary. Strong computer skills are necessary.
We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.
