This position makes outgoing phone calls to customers based on service needs such as open recalls and past due for scheduled maintenance . You will be setting service appointments for Audi customers for our Services advisors at the dealership. Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Internet or Text.
  • Respond to customer inquiries immediately.
  • Learn and follow the scripting required by our process.
  • Set appointments for our customers.
  • Study, learn and understand our maintenance we offer.
  • Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products and procedures.
  • Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of Telemarketing, Appointment Setting and Customer Service Experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
