Maintain confidentiality of customer nonpublic information at all times.
File and maintain repair orders according to respective manufacturers’ specifications.
Provides clerical and administrative assistance to departments as needed.
Acts as backup to receptionist/cashier.
Must be organized and able to multitask.
Greet and welcome service customers in a genuinely friendly and courteous manner.
Handle customer follow-up calls and letters to maintain customer satisfaction.
Delivery inter-office items to accounting, corporate offices, sales department, parts department, collision center.
Update the customer’s service history file according to the procedures specific to the department’s service history system.
File repair orders as directed by service department management.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
One or more years’ experience in an automotive dealership/service department is a plus.
Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel and Word.
ADP Dealer Services Experience a plus.
Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
Self-starter and self-motivated.
Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Great attitude with high-energy personality.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
