Based upon continued success and growth of Mercedes Benz Beverly Hills Sprinter/Metris division, the successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and managing a commercial vehicle sales team. Mercedes Sprinter and Metris van sales continue to grow and we are looking for the right candidate to continue to help us with our growth plans.

Work with companies to identify their needs and fulfill that need with a Sprinter, Metris or Chassis cab solution
Meet monthly forecast for sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives.
Create and organize all sales activities for the Sprinter/Metris sales department
Develop and train stellar sales force
Use all reasonable methods of prospecting for new and used van customers on a daily basis; electronically, phone, and personal contact
Demonstrate new and used vans to customers
Continuously keep updated on product knowledge
Maintain weekly activities and provide weekly reporting to appropriate manager
Follow the proper sales delivery process to include completion of paperwork, introduction to pertinent dealership personnel, and follow-up after the sale is completed
Attend various scheduled sales and training meetings
Enthusiastically assist sales people in customer interactions.
Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience. .
Partner with the Financial Services Department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach.
Other duties may be assigned by management.
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
Experience in fleet sales, selling commercial or fleet vehicles required.
ADP / CDK Dealer Services Experience a must!
Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: Email, Excel and Word.
A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
Great attitude with high-energy personality.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
