DALLAS CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail.  We are looking to add a qualified INTERNET CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to our team. 

 

Pay starts at $11/hr.

Responsibilities

As a CSR you will be responsible for filling all internet orders and answering customer inquiries for order status. We set our company apart from the competition by providing excellent customer service. The internet provides 1000’s of ways that a consumer can buy parts today. Our service is the difference maker!

 

We currently sell parts on line through the following web sites:

  • EBay
    • We have two EBay stores
      • Mymoparparts
      • Mopar4all
      • mydodgeparts.com
    • Amazon
    • Walmart
    • Our own web site

All of the sites are to be monitored throughout the day for incoming orders as well as any customer emails that need to be responded to. Remember, speed and accuracy are paramount to impressing our customers!

 

On eBay the orders for mydodgeparts.com are fulfilled through a separate web site, WHI. This is a management site that allows us to list 100% of our parts inventory on eBay.

Qualifications

  • Solid working knowledge of the Internet.
  • Automotive experience is a plus!
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • Great attitude with high-energy personality.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
