The successful candidate will focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction and care as well as the supervision of our dedicated Service Advisor team. We need a Customer Experience Manager who can take charge of our customer service department and foster positive relationships with our clients. 5+ years experience in customer service
2+ years experience in customer service management
Experience in training and mentoring employees
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media
High School Diploma or equivalent
