Gene Messer Kia is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are adding a Customer Service Manager to our growing team. The successful candidate will focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction and care as well as the supervision of our dedicated Service Advisor team. We need a Customer Experience Manager who can take charge of our customer service department and foster positive relationships with our clients.   • Oversee the customer experience
  • Train Service Advisors to provide exceptional customer service
  • Set customer satisfaction goals and work with team to meet them
  • Interact with customers daily
  • On-board new employees and train them related to customer experience expectations
  • Create and implement as effective customer loyalty program


  • 5+ years experience in customer service
  • 2+ years experience in customer service management
  • Experience in training and mentoring employees
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
