The Bob Howard Parts Distribution Center (PDC) is part of fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in the retail automotive industry.
We are adding to our team and looking for an Auto Parts Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
•Provides customer service in support of auto parts sales
•Processes auto parts orders
•Performs various data entry functions
•Replies to customer inquiries via email and telephone
•Builds business relationships with customers ensuring their satisfaction
•Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers.
Job Requirements (include but are not limited to):
•One or more years of previous experience as a customer service representative preferred.
•Call center experience a plus.
•Knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
•Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and other desktop applications.
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Great attitude with high-energy personality.
•Excellent customer service skills.
•Professional appearance and work ethic.
•Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
•Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
•Ability to work with minimum supervision.
